It's Monday!
We have a whole week of work ahead of us and hopefully some other more enjoyable things... What did you get up to this weekend?
I spent my weekend in a very relaxing way:
- Baking for 4 hours on Friday night! Lemon Meringue and dozens of sugar cookies!
- Breakfast with parents at Willowbridge
- Shopping at Woolworths and Old Khaki (new baking stuff and a lovely thick ribbed jersey)
- Pringlebay with Inge and Luci - my college girlfriends
- Pasta dinner and lemon meringue dessert, cream cheese frosting on sugar cookies and lots of tea
- Lemon meringue for breakfast
- Looooong walk on the beach in perfect 25 degree weather
- More lunch and more lemon meringue
- Sunday night dinner with the boyfriend, dvd and sleep (and more lemon meringue!)
