Over a year ago I bought a set of castor wheels. A few months later I acquired two pallets - which lived in the back of my bakkie for  several weeks before seeing the inside of a friend's carpentry shop. A few weeks after that the re sized pallets found their way into the garage. It wasn't until after the new year, once everyone but me was back at work that these element became a functional piece of furniture. Behold! My coffee table:
